Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • We accept EFT and bank transfer as payment methods.
  • Proof of payment must be emailed to info@classymissy.co.za or WhatsApp to 076 811 8358
  • All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within South Africa.

Strictly No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene reasons, all underwear, lingerie, and sleepwear items are non-returnable and non-refundable — no exceptions.

Please double-check your size, product description, and color before confirming your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Include your order details and clear photos so our team can review and assist you.
